It's Official!!!
Josh received his letter of intent to play baseball and and attend Northwestern Nazarene University. What a journey this baseball opportunity has been. He received the letter on Saturday, July 31, 2010. It had to be signed and turned in before August 1, 2010. Nothing like cutting it close. We hurried and signed the paperwork, so fast that we didn't even read the fine-print. A good friend, said, "what you don't know is Josh will be serving a misson for the Nazarene's!" ha ha. Well, I came back and read and they just want him for baseball and school.
A year ago we started this college search. We have prayed and fasted and prayed somemore. We prayed that we might feel where it would be best for Josh to go. NNU wasn't an option we left out, but never thought that it would have been possible. Josh played for the Boise Summer League, which is sponsored by NNU. So who knew but it became and blessing. Southern Virgina University was another option, but it was so far away. Great School, and people, though. They have been so good to him through this whole year.
So finally 3 weeks before college starts. It's official
